Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Finance Intern to support day-to-day finance and finance operations activities. This role is designed for students or fresh graduates with little to no prior experience who want to learn how finance works in a real business environment.
You will assist the team with basic reporting, data entry, and operational tasks while gaining exposure to financial processes and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic data entry and updating financial records
- Help prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
- Support tracking of expenses and invoices
- Organize and maintain financial documents
- Assist in checking data accuracy and resolving simple discrepancies
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Help compile information for weekly or monthly reporting
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- No prior work experience required
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting concepts (school-level is fine)
- Familiarity with Excel formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.)
- Interest in operations, finance, or business processes
