Job Description

Job Summary and Mission

This position contributes to organisation’s success by applying IT knowledge to effectively support existing processes/applications while identifying and deploying enhanced process solutions supporting the operational requirements of the organisation. Provides support of operations that involved the implementation and support of information systems. Models and acts in accordance with the organisation’s guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Code new functions or reports according to the business requirements given by cross-functional partners or team leader.
  • Analyze, trace and fix bugs/errors given by the team leader.
  • Assisting partners in resolving technical issues encountered in their daily use of ERP system.
  • Supports internal process improvement efforts.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good knowledge in C# programming.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft SQL server.
  • Familiarity of best practices in development and testing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt new programming language according to the lessons and trainings given by the team leader.
  • Savvy in integration design and development (e.g. Web Services, .Net Business connector, CLR Interop, Adapters, Staging Database).
  • Possesses strong analytical, technical solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well independently within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline orientated environment by embracing all tasks with competency, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g. Ax or D365FO) and x++ programing is a plus.
