Summary of Job

This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing the overall customer support by responding to customer feedback (telephone, email and social media) to provide problem resolutions in consistently delivering the Starbucks Experience. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principle.

Responsibilities and

Duties

-Managing customer service on Facebook by replying to all Starbucks Singapore Facebook private messages and wall posts

-Respond to customer feedback and queries via various channels (including email  &  webform) and ensuring all feedbacks are resolved.

-Support compilation of data for feedbacks, raised issues and work with the team to improve.

-Be involved in ad hoc duties that support customer care and digital.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent management of customer service
  • Lives to connect with customers
  • Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi task and provide solutions to customers
  • Team player
