Staarch Pte Ltd – Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day preparation, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditure, accounts payable and receivable.
• Process admin/accounts documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements
• Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices/debts from Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handle full set of accounts in Quickbooks including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL). Prepare accounts reports like AR Ageing, Bank Reconciliation
• Provide admin support to Managing Director and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA Diploma or other accounting qualifications.
  Minimum 1-2 years work experience.
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Proficient in accounting software (such as QuickBooks), Microsoft Office Excel/Word
• Experience in follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices/debts from AR.
• Competent fast learner who can work independently under pressure and possess good communication/interpersonal skills
