Responsibilities

• Stationed full time on site to supervise architectural works on site and provide samples to client
• Ensure that all architectural works on site are carried out according to approved drawings/specifications and conform to all authority standards/ requirements.
• Work closely with site team to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Review shop drawings, samples, and other submissions from contractors/vendors.
• Maintain updated documentation & records of site activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders whenever necessary.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years experience preferably in building construction industry
