Responsibilities:

• Supporting all administrative and sales duties
• Handling and following up with customers’ enquiries and requests
• Preparing sales quotations and orders
• Executing online promotion and marketing campaigns
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/ Degree/ Poly holders
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Good organising and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently and takes initiative
• Outgoing personality
• Able to commence work immediately
