1.Food and Agribusiness –  A member and subsidiary of Ssam International Holdings,  PT Tharwah Crestar focuses on Agribusiness that is based in Indonesia.  PT Tharwah Crestar business activities includes trading  and distribution of Agrifood such as Oil and Dry food to retailers. 

2.Distribution of Stone Composite Surfaces Products -  A member and subsidiary of Ssam International Holdings, produces and process stones into their useful state. After which, we sell these useful materials to  secondary manufacturing companies to process further. We have successfully attain deals with large manufacturing corporations in Indonesia.

3.Wedding and Events – One stop Events and Wedding planning services. Our aim is to provide convenience to our clients with reasonable pricing and meeting the needs for their events. We hope to bring smiles to our valuable customers and make their event an unforgettable one.

4.F&B Sector – Mami Dome by Axentika started out with a wishful hope to preserve the Malay Heritage by conceptualising the restaurant into  60s and 70s of the Malay community in Singapore. It is a place where older and younger generations are able to gather where older generations are able to reminisce their past and younger generation to acknowledge the history. We provide Nasi Padang and Halal Seafood.

Job Description

The Operation Executive performs a wide range of duties including oversight of all administrative operations for the office including management of administrative personnel, IT operations and personnel, liaison with building management and service vendors.

The operation executive acts as the right hand person completing tasks as varied as participation in the set-up of foreign offices to travel and expenses management. The role required to be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time, assisting the Directors in executing their strategic initiatives.

Requirement:

  1. General Administrative Support
  2. Works with the Director to coordinate and facilitate the execution of strategic initiative as required. Assist in facilitating effective decision.
  3. Work to streamline the operations by looking for efficiencies and more effective ways to complete given tasks and assignments within the office
  4. Frequent travel to other company locations will occur on an as-needed basis
  5. Monitors and reports on performance, project progress and other tasks progress as well as providing updates on actions and issues. Assist in planning/budgeting/ operational performance of the administrative operation.
  6. Provide support to the Director in preparation for meetings and travel including coordinate of report and personnel.
  7. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. The ability to communicate effectively with people at all level
  9. Strong organizational skills and good at multi-tasking
