Job Tasks

• Provide support for end-to-end event management, including but not limited to, event conceptualization and themeing, budget and logistic planning for onsite, virtual and hybrid events.
• Provide support for events coordination and liaison, including client, third-party vendor, production, budget, and timeline management.
• Generate innovate ideas and creative solutions to attain clients' marketing goals and events objectives.
• Generate contents for events productions, including but not limited to proposals, presentation, marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other departments (IT, Designs, Video Production) to achieve events goals and align with clients' standards.
• Create events documents, including but not limited to program run sheet, logistics list, to ensure all assets, materials and logistics are properly organized and distributed for events.
• Provide technical support across various virtual and hybrid event platforms, including Zoom, MS Teams etc.
