We have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager who will be supporting the regional expansion of Speco® International. The individual will report directly to the Managing Director.

Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Drive export revenue success in the assigned region
  • Develop a strong regional sales pipeline through industry contacts, targeted contact account marketing, sector intelligence, and other channels
  • Develop expert knowledge of our product and applicability to the target market
  • Map competitors and understand the key differences between our product and our competitor’s
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team in their efforts to support your pipeline development
  • Analyse the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

Skills and Qualifications 

  • 4 years of professional experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts Manager or similar Senior Sales role
  • Excellent verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Experienced in conducting product pitches with the ability to build relevant and strategic messaging
  • Detail-oriented, organised & self-motivated
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Proven record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a strong pursuit of customer success and delight
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
