Sphere is seeking a driven marketing intern to join our Cecil St. facility. This person should have a great understanding and interest in best practices for campaign genesis and growth, messaging, and brand voice. The internship will consist of living and breathing Sphere Instagram and TikTok accounts, focusing on community development, influencer outreach/management, developing and creating new content ideas to increase brand engagement on all channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in refining the Sphere brand and reputation strategy, identifying priority initiatives, and driving alignment across key stakeholders
- Assist in developing social strategies, create partnerships and collaborations that connect Sphere to the right target audience
- Conceptualize, create, coordinate and publish social media content with intention
- Assist in the rollout of partnership programs from conceptualization, strategy, planning to execution of initiatives, development of content and communications plans
- Internalize and bring to life the Sphere brand, voice, mission and values and be a true representative of the brand
Required Skills
- Possesses initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset, completes tasks with a strong sense of urgency with purpose
- Possess strong influencing skills – carries self with poise, with the ability to gain alignment and buy in from stakeholders both internal and external
- Effective communicator and presenter - crafts compelling presentations and presents confidently
