RPA Implementation Intern (only 1 position avaliable)
Aims/Objectives:
SPH is moving towards using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to streamline and improve many of our existing manual processes, thereby increasing our efficiency and productivity.
You will be part of the dynamic and highly-driven RPA COE Centre of Excellence team, to build up and implement an extensive repertoire of robots of common modules/functions to enable SPH to reach our strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to gather and articulate information accurately
- Basic understanding of programming languages and process modelling
- Analytical, resourceful, independent with a good sense of time management
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of EUC
- Analytical mindset
Tasks:
- Review/Document existing processes
- Design/Document to-be processes
- Create a SPH BotStore with the following non-exhaustive list: Excel Integration Package, Document (PDF/Words/GSuite) document creation package and GUI Interface scanning Package
- Custom API interface creation
- Training/support Users on Bot Maintenance
- Ad-Hoc Project related tasks
