Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent and organised candiate to join our HR Talent Management team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Talent Development Center (TDC) support - programme setup and mobilisation, project management & reporting
- Mentoring pilot - Assist in events under the Mentoring Programme, i.e. Kick Off
- Scholarships – Outreach, Communications, project management
Career:
- Content review & proofreads for accuracy/consistency documents submitted for Career Framework as part of Division skills framework
Requirements
- Project management & Administration - Manage schedules across key activities, milestones, timelines in Talent Management team
- Detail oriented
- Digital literacy - Proficient in MS Excel, Comfortable with data, savvy with visualization, productivity tools (e.g. Canva, Google Forms, Google Suite)
