We are looking for a highly motivated, independent and organised candiate to join our HR Talent Management team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Management

• Talent Development Center (TDC) support - programme setup and mobilisation, project management & reporting
• Mentoring pilot - Assist in events under the Mentoring Programme, i.e. Kick Off
• Scholarships – Outreach, Communications, project management

Career: 

• Content review & proofreads for accuracy/consistency documents submitted for Career Framework as part of Division skills framework

Requirements 

• Project management & Administration - Manage schedules across key activities, milestones, timelines in Talent Management team
• Detail oriented 
• Digital literacy - Proficient in MS Excel, Comfortable with data, savvy with visualization, productivity tools (e.g. Canva, Google Forms, Google Suite)
