What does the role entail?

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Attracting candidates and matching them to roles from clients companies
  • Sourcing, screening and profiling candidates through job postings, interviews
  • Proactively identifying passive candidates by utilising a variety of sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, social media, Diversity Outreach contact lists, and employee referrals
  • Generating candidate leads through extensive name generation research, relationship building, networking, and complex internet searches
  • Provide strategic advice and fulfil client requirements
