JOB DESCRIPTION

This company in the Education Industry is looking for the latest addition to the team, to recruit, develop, retain and foster fruitful long-term relationships with staff.

THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

• End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews;
• Onboarding and orientation processes;General HR operations and administrative duties;
• Liaison with government agencies on statutory requirements, surveys etc.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation;Submission of IR8A annually;
• Yearly renewal of employee insurance;Supporting payroll processes;
• Supporting performance review processes;
• Leading implementation of HR projects such as salary banding;Off boarding, including exit interview processes.
• Support finance functions such as issuing of invoices to corporate clients, data entry of sales and customer invoices into system.
• Administrative duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
