JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a role where you will have the opportunity to interact with and build relationships with customers in the Education industry?

We are looking for a customer experience oriented, friendly Center Manager to join our Customer Care team at our Enrichment Centre!

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

  • Organize events, projects and initiatives to provide quality customer experience to parents and their children;

  • Provide care to customers to enhance after sales experience.

  • Communicate with customers about new products and services.

  • Administrative Support Duties (Answering calls, emails, data entry, classroom schedule planning);

  • Handling payment collection (Cash, Nets, and Credit Card);

  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaint issues;

OUR IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

  • Loves talking to people;

  • Creative in planning and organizing events.

  • Has an energetic and cheerful personality with excellent professionalism;

  • Is a good team player;

  • Must be fluent in English (Written and Spoken);

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin (to speak to Mandarin speaking customers) 

  • Can commit to weekend shifts;

  • Possesses basic Microsoft Office Skills;

WORKING DAYS:

  • Wednesdays - Sundays (Mondays and Tuesdays off)

WORKING LOCATION:

  • Jurong East
