What you'll be doing:
- Be the resident expert on Spaceship’s platform, product and services
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and help customers arrange deliveries, pickups, set up accounts and more through our various customer communication channels
- Work on daily operational tasks including order processing, fulfillment job planning and inventory processing
- Prepare daily job schedules and assign jobs to drivers based on vehicle type, job type, and location
- Make arrangements with third-party partners and vendors, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Tech, Marketing, Operations) to improving our internal processes and the proprietary tools and systems of Spaceship
