Spaceman is the leader in space saving furniture, our products bring joy to people's lives, and that makes our work very satisfying.
We have a design studio in a conservation terraced house where we provide personalised consultations either by video or in person to help our customers maximise the space in their place.
This role is to support our sales consultants, with admin and customer facing activities.
We are looking for a new Sales Admin to:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, online and WhatsApp
- Process customer orders
- Issue orders to suppliers in Italy
- Plan shipments with our freight provider
- Follow up with customers with balances to pay
- Coordinate deliveries with delivery team/warehouse
- Handle customer feedback
You will be diligent, with good attention. Your role is important to ensuring the smooth running of the company and to customer's having a great experience so we are looking foir someone who will take pride in their work.
We are looking for ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of what we do so you will have the opportunity to input your ideas directly to the company founders.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP would be welcomed.
