SMQ is a revolutionary online education platform that provides interactive on-demand tutoring for the next generation. We strive to be your tutor companion throughout your years of learning from Pri 1 to JC. We believe there are more teachers out there who are actually teaching so we want to empower more people to learn from each other. Our platform enables credible teachers to share their knowledge and assist students to learn more in less time and at a lower cost.

We support the migration of peer tutors online and create interactive lesson spaces with video/audio tools, and asynchronous paper reviews. Whether you need help with high school algebra or you want customized quizzes with performance-tracking abilities, we have a perfect tutor for you. At SMQ, we want to change the way students learn.

Primary responsibilities

1) Data/Question bank updating and management

2) Hire/Manage e-tutors and organise training sessions for them

3) Assist the CEO in other tasks

4) Assist in Marketing tasks (eg Facebook, Instagram)

5) Manage day to day operations tasks

What we are looking for

1) Positive, team player, and motivated

2) Willing to learn new things

3) Good to have teaching experience (eg private tutoring), at least up to Primary 6 level

4) Have to come down to the office at least once per week
