As our Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that front office operations are carried out according to established standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Check all guests list and provide best possible guest service standard.
  • Answering the guest questions and requirement during their stay.
  • Facilitate guests' check in and check out experience.
  • Ensure cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Confident speaking skills
  • Computer literate and hotel applications
  • Enthusiastic, spontaneous and empathic

To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you a passion for food, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.

Job Description
  • Support the Talent & Culture leader to ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role;
  • Engage in processes in finding talent insider and outside the organization;
  • Coordinate selection and recruitment of Supervisory and Front Line positions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience;
  • Filing all documents
  • Help to coordinate activities for attracting talent to the hotel;
  • Assist to maintain relationships with local schools and colleges;
  • Engage in social media to promote the hotel as the best place to work;
  • Compile monthly articles for publication in internal communication network.
  • Any other adhoc job that assign by Manager.
