Job Description

Become the Corporate Services APAC focal point for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to provide sales operations management of data. Liaise with countries to ensure compliance, governance and accuracy. Enable generation of accurate pipeline, statistics for analysis, identify gap between reality and best practice. Assist countries and Sales Dir APAC to ensure we can drive sales performance. Own monthly reporting statistics.

•Act as the project lead for APAC for the Sales Navigator initiative. Provide best practice, governance and operational management of this tool to ensure we get VFM and improve our WOI through effective use of the tool.

•Act as the focal point for the Sales enablement initiative.  Provide best practice, governance and operational management of this tool to ensure we get VFM and improve our WOI through effective use of the tool. Provide the day to day link with marketing to ensure we are joined up and maximising our complimentary skills.

•Assist Sales Dir in the Value Proposition work stream, which working with outside consultants will analyse, re validate and re focus our value proposition. Link with Cost modellers on the costing work stream. Provide internal project management.

•Reports to Head of BD APAC.
