Role Objective

To redefine what a writer means today - create memes/scripts for reels and viral content that are loved and shared on our social media platform – Sure Boh Singapore (http://fb.com/sureboh.sg). The candidate should possess a love for memes and creating video content.

Job Responsibilities

• You will work as part of Sure Boh Singapore team to grow and manage our digital media platforms and our audience base.
• Create and produce memes on trending and evergreen topics and relevant humour content for Sure Boh Singapore - from videos to social media
• Write scripts for creators to create reels / short format funny videos
• Manage the digital deliverables end-to-end i.e. social media post scheduling, publishing, content calendar management.
• You will be expected to create viral social media content.
• Draft caption for daily social media posts
• Your writing skills in English will be important criteria along with your knowledge of regional and local trending topics and sense of humour.
• You will be required to post, network with other relevant social media handles, repost mentions and own the social media account.
• You will be expected to keep yourself up-to-date with -
• Tech, analytics & trends on social media
• You will help manage our stakeholders, including our operating partners and our sponsorship partners.

Requirements

• Should have a degree/diploma in mass communication, with 0-6 months of relevant work experience
• Passion for local pop culture - have a solid knowledge of the local youth scene, trending memes, and viral news.
• You love the internet & digital content, and you keep current with media technology and social media trends.
• Should have good knowledge of trending creators.
• Consume and able to contextualise local and international news
• Energetic, creative and able to think and communicate with clarity
• Able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
