The Job
As a Software Test Automation Engineer, you will be designing, building and implementing Test Automation frameworks for web, API, and Mobile functional automation. In addition to developing and supporting product features, you will be involved in improving test strategy and efficiency by extending test coverage and closing gaps through strategic test development. You will also be driving the use of testing tools and best practices.
The Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance/Testing or similar role
- You have experience in one of these programming languages: JavaScript, Java or Node.js
- Good knowledge in OO programming concepts and design is mandatory
- You have experience with Test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit
- You have experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases for web, API or mobile
- Prior experience with continuous integration tools and processes will be an advantage
- You have effective communication and analytical skills
- You pay strong attention to detail and are able to spot errors easily
- You are motivated, resourceful and show a high level of resilience
