The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with different teams to plan, implement and maintain effective WSHE related work plans
- Coordinate WSH program initiatives
- Actively conduct MSRA review and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate risks on site
- Identify areas for improvement and monitor implementation progress of recommended measures via site inspections and engagement with different work teams
- Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report
- Always ensure project’s compliance with all statutory requirements
- Lead and coach site safety team
- Liaise with Authorities
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Possess a valid WSHO & FSM certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Plant Facilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
