The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

• Management and Execution of Technical Events, Onsite and Virtual Meetings. Travelling domestically and internationally for events.
• Client Mapping and New Business Acquisition, while achieving Sales Targets.
• Liaise with customers to obtain a thorough brief of their requirements, and provision a solution based on what would be best suited.
• End-to-end accountability to plan and execute virtual/hybrid meetings by working in collaboration with the business meeting owner and external partners for all aspects of the meeting, including coordination with internal teams, contract negotiations, planning meetings, status calls, etc.
• Financial management (vendor/customer proposals, invoices, reconciliation etc.). Proposal creation and contract negotiations.
• Operating Virtual Platforms, Conferencing and Reporting Tools (Training will be provided)

Ideal Candidate

Key competencies :

• Graduate or MBA (optional) with a Technical Degree (BE, BTech, MS, BS, MSc, BSc, BCA, MCA, or any other technical degree/diploma).
• Good command and fluency in the English Languages – Written & Spoken
• Excellent Coordination Skills – Ability to Multitask
• Technical Bent of Mind – Comfortable using Virtual Conferencing Tools and Applications
• Experience in B2B Technology Sales and Project Management will be entertained
• 6 months to 1 year experienced personnel will be considered
