Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive (1-year Contract)


The Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling end to end recruitment for all junior positions.
  • Generating, organizing, updating, processing, and maintaining personnel documents including recruitment, screening and hiring.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers to facilitate onsite interviews and appropriate follow-up.
  • Interviewing and facilitating/participating in the selection decision process.
  • Coordinating with compensation colleagues and hiring managers to make recommendations on job offers, get necessary approvals and facilitate making the offer to candidates.
  • Working with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors as needed.
  • Attending career fairs and networking opportunities in the community to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Managing employee referral programmes.

The Profile

  • You have a Degree/Diploma in HR or relevant field and have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role.
  • You have a strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, sources, and the ability to research new recruiting sources.
  • You have the ability to multi-task and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • You have a thorough understanding of applicable employment laws and practices.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
  • You work well in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
