The Job

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms that ensures brand message is consistent and promotes brand awareness.
• Write captions for social media posts.
• Manage content calendar.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Track social media performance and identify opportunities for change and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies.
• Create monthly e-newsletters.
• Support influencer marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team at live events.
• Assist with photo/video content shoots.

Ideal Candidate

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related fields.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Be able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Proactive with enthusiasm to learn and to be part of a team.
