The Job

Your Responsibilities will include: 

• Providing sales support to subsidiary companies by coordinating matters relating to Migrant Domestic Workers.
• 3 Months Contract Position (Extendable/Convertible to Permanent Position based on Performance).
• Checking of company track sheets and communications.
• Coordinating appointments and counselling sessions.
• Collecting and liaising payments.
• Purchasing of insurance for migrant domestic workers.
• Applying of work pass and arrival card for migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating the flight details of migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating the arrival of migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating SIP, medical, and thumbprint.
• Handling complaints/returns and emergency cases.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required: 

• No experience required. Training will be provided.
• Sales experience will be advantageous.
• Meticulous and thorough attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively and listen actively.
