The Job

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, in the HoReCa segment. This role is pivotal in generating leads, initiating the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and target hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other potential clients.
  • Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events, to generate qualified leads within the target market.
  • Engage with representatives and decision-makers to understand their specific needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes, in order to present tailor-made proposals and pitches.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry.
  • Develop and tailor sales presentations, proposals, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, CRM records, and reports on sales performance, progress, and forecasts.
  • Gather valuable insights, and stay updated with industry trends.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales to customers in the F&B / Hospitality sector.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Solid knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry in Thailand is required.
  • You are familiar with CRM platforms and their effective use in sales strategies.
  • You possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • You are willing to travel as required to meet with hotel and restaurant clients or attend industry events.
