Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning outbound prospecting activities across email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identifying and researching high-potential companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
  • Building relationships with prospective clients by understanding their hiring challenges and business goals.
  • Managing the sales process from initial outreach through qualification and meeting conversion.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and prospect updates within the CRM.
  • Contributing ideas to improve outbound strategies, workflows, and sales processes.
  • Driving consistent pipeline generation while meeting outreach and conversion targets.

 

Ideal Profile

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end outbound sales.
  • You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are confident managing outbound outreach across multiple channels.
  • You have familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • You are target-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • You have an interest in technology, SaaS, AI, or hiring solutions.
