Job Description
- Position: Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Assistant
- Well Established Singapore Based Seafood Processing SME
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
- Working Location: Jurong
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Insurance Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing
The Job
- Perform the daily trading administrative tasks.
- Customer services support.
- Prepare purchase/sales quotation and purchase/sales orders into ERP.
- Generate and prepare sales reports.
- Co-ordination Import & export shipment documentation.
- Work closely with Trade Team and follow up on schedule.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office application is essential.
- Meticulous with details, independent and also a team player.
