The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms.
• Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
• Drive client satisfaction.
• Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Undergraduate students in any field of study.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate to the customer/sales industry
• Must be able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Candidates with no prior retail experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good command in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus - to liaise with multilingual customers.
