The Job

• Purchase the products and equipment in a timely manner in order to satisfy project and service needs.
• Mistake-free transactions in PO processing.
• Follow up delivery to Vendor for confirmed PO in order to meet the target schedule.
• Responsible to handle delivery in time to fulfill the specific project requirement.
• Manage purchasing information in ERP system in order to have the timely correct information update.
• Manage import & export of products and follow up and coordinate for customs clearance and logistics process.
• Build effective logistic system.
• Manage the faulty replacement process.
• Documentation and file management.

The Profile

Requirements:

• Strong service sense and skills, good time management, high learning skill.
• Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in IT, system integrator purchasing or logistic related fields.
