The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in gathering requirements and analyzing system workflows and interfaces
- Ensure proper functional and technical documentation
- Provide support in investigating and resolving incidents, with timely status updates
- Monitor system performance, report performance status, and maximize resource utilization
Ideal Candidate
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- Work experience in banking
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills
