Job Description

The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Providing BAU support to various application teams and assisting them to meet established SLA and escalation process
- Collaborating with Application, Infra and IT Security teams to close IT security findings
- Ensuring applications and deliverables are compliant with regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance/risk policies
The Profile
- You have at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in application support and have knowledge of Banking and general IT processes
- Having an understanding of IT Security will be advantageous.
- You are able to manage project timelines, issues and risks
- You are energetic and able to multi-task and move things forward
- You have effective communication skills and can liaise with various stakeholders.
