Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

People Operations Intern (3 Months)

The Job

This opportunity is only for students who are available from January - June 2021 for internships.

This role will involve :

• Providing support for the recruitment selection process across countries
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding/offboarding process for new hires and alumni
• Building and maintaining engagement topics, approaches, and angles to heighten employee engagement and promote the company's culture.
• Assisting in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors, and helping process the payment with Finance.
• Maintaining high employee engagement, assisting in developing employee benefits scheme and owning event operations.
• Making sure our space and facilities are in tip-top conditions so that our team can focus on their work and be productive
• Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience

The Profile

• You are a full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields
• Previous internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage
• You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture
• You possess excellent organisational skills and are detailed oriented and process-driven.
• You are great at getting things done and can handle ambiguity by prioritising and executing in a fast-paced environment
• You have structured problem-solving and communication skills
• You have a positive attitude with a consultative approach
• You are able to commit full-time for at least 3 months.
