The Job

• Complete relevant documentation accurately, including invoices, payment and other official papers.
• Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met.
• Monitor and ensure timely ordering and delivery of special parts or back-ordered parts.
• Ensure parts availability for Workshop.
• Inspect all new arrival of parts, allocate / assigned them accordingly.
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.
• Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring the warehouse and common areas are kept clean and are in order.
• Review and submit bi-monthly parts replenishment report.
• Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time as and when assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possesses Class 2/Class 3 licence
• Preferably from automotive industry
• Able to work 5.5 days’ work week
