The Job

Operating as the point of contact for assigned partners, you will be responsible for :

• Providing your partners with ongoing market updates and supporting engagement via both offline and online touchpoints.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
• Building strong rapport with existing partners, ensuring partner satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Developing a strong understanding of the diverse range of FX products and online platforms available to present a core value proposition to partner credibly.
• Closing collaboration with cross functional internal teams on partner’s opportunities and issues to deliver and exceed customers’ expectations.

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Diploma holder.
• You ideally have experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• You have a strong interest in Foreign Exchange & Sales, Corporate FX Sales or Dealing, derivatives, hedging and options
• You are fluent in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
• You are comfortable having face-to-face meetings with business clients to explore needs and present solutions
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
• You are able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards
• You are a strong team player who can liaise with various stakeholders
