The Job

Our client is a leading technology company that specialises in providing digital imaging solutions customised for tourist attractions and the tourism industry. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help them grow the business and drive the long-term development of the company. 

This role is based in Singapore. 

• Maximizing imaging revenue and achieve revenue targets
• Implementing business development and sales strategies, and to maximize the potential of existing client networks
• Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
• Monitoring ongoing trends in marketing and the industry to support development of long-term account plans
• Talent planning of the team to support the long term development of the company
• Main point of contact with external stakeholders
• Working hours are Mondays to Fridays

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Has 3 - 5 years of experience in managing retail operations, preferably with experience in imaging technology for the tourism industry
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations is preferred
• Strong understanding of retail management best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
• Driven to achieve business goals and improve operational performance
• Experience managing external stakeholders
