The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain professionalism, customer sales records and establish trade networking.
  • Process bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines with another logistic partner in a timely manner.
  • Be the key to communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of shipment.
  • Ensure compliance of SOPs and import/export regulations.
  • Coordinate with hauler, carrier, and warehouse for clearance of shipments and liaison with clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Perform other related duties as required by the operations departments

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 year experience of work
  • Positive working attitude and strong work ethic
  • Organised and meticulous to details
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability of client prospecting, negotiation, closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Resourceful, good planning skills and a problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build success relationships with clients that enhance operations and profitable revenues
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ability to work with internal and external partners
  • Solid organizational and IT skills, particularly MS Office
