The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist project manager in management and coordination
- Understand project scope, timeline and budget
- Monitor project tasks, schedules and expenses
- Setup team meetings and write minutes
- Report project progress and highlight potential delays
- Protect and maintain quality documents
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in project management or business administration
- Energetic, able to multi-task and can move things forward
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Prior PMO experience is preferred, banking experience is advantageous
