The Job

Responsibilities:

• To provide support pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety to wafer fabrication for the company
• To develop and support site Safety Programme and Emergency Response Teams
• To develop and support environmental issues, ensure adherence to sound and well established practices and management systems
• Monitor and review Safety Program and environmental issues and ensure adherence to sound and well-established practices and management systems
• Monitor industrial hygiene programs, conduct hazard analysis of hazardous substances and review hazard control methods
• To support ISO certification
• To liaise with the relevant authorities regarding regulatory requirements and permit applications
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Science or Engineering in Environmental, Chemical or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries preferred.
• Preferred Certifications – Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certifications are advantageous.
