The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Assisting and facilitating the recruitment process including screening of resume, interview scheduling for regular and contract hires.
  • Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotions, etc.
  • Carrying out on-boarding process including induction programs for new joiners.
  • Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Administering and update staff’s database on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Communicating HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Maintaining and updating training records of employees’ participation in all training & development programmes.
  • Administering company welfare benefits scheme and claims
  • Providing support in employee relation activities and ad-hoc projects as required.

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

 

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management field or relevant professional certificates
  • Min 2 years’ experience in HR Generalist roles
  • Familiar with HR practices and good knowledge in local employment laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight schedules, independent, meticulous, team player, positive work attitude
  • Able to speak and understand Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
