Full-time Clinic Assistant

The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking vital signs (height/weight/blood pressure)
- Performing clinical procedures (ECG and nebulizer)
- Scheduling of appointments
- Dispensing of medicine
- Collection of payments
- Replying to patients' inquiries
- Processing of online medical claims
- General housekeeping of the clinic
- Management of consumable inventory
- Any other duties assigned by the doctor on duty or the clinic manager
Ideal Candidate
- Must be able to work staggered shifts and weekends
- Able to multitask
- Phlebotomy experience will be advantageous.
- Enjoys meeting people with a passion for quality customer service.
