The Job

  • Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through Zendesk (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, emails) and inbound calls.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist in scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

 

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
  • 3 - 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Motivated and willing to learn.
  • Team player with great adaptability.
  • Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment.
  • There will be 3 months probation period.
