The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Serve customers with timely responses
• Maintain good relationships with customers with after-sales support
• Provide good product recommendations and alternatives
• Keep customers updated with delivery status reports

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• Friendly with a focus on service excellence
• Good with numbers and multi-tasking
• You have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant, Data Entry or Supply Chain role, ideally within the Consumer industry.
• You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You possess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect the import and export of products.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
