The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
- Providing monthly help desk reports.
- Key support role between the company’s daily operation and customer.
- Validate and manage the SMS broadcast requests through data entry by inputting the configurations and components into the system.
- Posses good customer service and communication with the customer
- Handle arising technical or sms escalations daily.
- Other responsibilities include mobile app testing and all other initiatives within the job requirement assigned by manager.
Ideal Candidate
Skills:
- Diploma holder with minimum 2 years’ working experience in account servicing industry or technology/telco related background.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Meticulous and able to learn fast.
- Candidate should posses initiative, adaptable and keen to learn new set of technology skill.
- Microsoft office and Mac environment
