The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.
  • Key support role between the company’s daily operation and customer.
  • Validate and manage the SMS broadcast requests through data entry by inputting the configurations and components into the system.
  • Posses good customer service and communication with the customer
  • Handle arising technical or sms escalations daily.
  • Other responsibilities include mobile app testing and all other initiatives within the job requirement assigned by manager.

Ideal Candidate

Skills:

  • Diploma holder with minimum 2 years’ working experience in account servicing industry or technology/telco related background.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Meticulous and able to learn fast.
  • Candidate should posses initiative, adaptable and keen to learn new set of technology skill.
  • Microsoft office and Mac environment
