The Job

• Manage day-to-day crypto payment processing, including deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and verify blockchain transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve payment issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of crypto transactions and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to customers regarding payment inquiries, refunds, and troubleshooting.
• Stay informed about crypto regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and security best practices.
• Assist in optimizing payment workflows and integrating new crypto payment solutions.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in payments, financial operations, crypto exchanges, or fintech (1–3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and crypto wallets.
• Familiarity with compliance, anti-fraud, and AML procedures in the crypto space.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
