The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Implement, maintain, monitor, and support the tech infrastructure.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in fine-tuning troubleshooting and system maintenance procedures.
• Provide support for automation tools and frameworks for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery agile processes.
• Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of IT projects.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• MySQL and MSSQL
• Google Cloud Platform (VMs, Cloud Storage, IAM, Service Accounts)
• Linux System Administration (Ubuntu or Debian variant)
• Docker image building and container deployment on Kubernetes
• Linux Bash shell scripting
• Have a customer-first mindset and possibly support them outside of working hours.
• Detail-oriented
• Enjoys finding and fixing the root cause of problems
• Agile growth mindset
• Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent subject/experience
• 2-4 years of experience, fresh grads welcome
