The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment .
• Providing service reservations.
• Coordinating breakdown site services for customers.
• Updating customers’ database in system.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• You have minimum GCE ‘N’ /’O’ level or equivalent.
• You have service-oriented mindset.
• You are a team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
• You are equipped with administrative experience.
