Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment .
- Providing service reservations.
- Coordinating breakdown site services for customers.
- Updating customers’ database in system.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- You have minimum GCE ‘N’ /’O’ level or equivalent.
- You have service-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
- You are equipped with administrative experience.
